A small engineering company with a deliberately narrow point of view.

About Exponential Agents

Build the operation, not the illusion.

Exponential Agents is a custom AI agent development company focused on operational workflows, controlled automation, and systems that can be evaluated.

AI belongs inside an operating contract.

Exponential Agents designs and builds custom AI agent systems for operational work. We start with the workflow, the people who own it, and the consequences of a wrong action. Models, tools, memory, and orchestration are selected after that boundary is clear.

Our view is simple: useful agents are mostly systems engineering. The interface may look effortless, but reliability comes from source data, permissions, state, validation, evaluation, escalation, observability, and a team that owns the result.

We do not publish anonymous performance claims as proof. Until a result is verified and publishable, we share system patterns, implementation decisions, and the conditions a real deployment would need.

The rules behind the work.

These constraints make the system easier to trust, inspect, and change.

01

Evidence before authority

Test representative behavior before connecting consequential actions.

02

Software before prompt heroics

Use permissions, schemas, rules, state, and tests where software can enforce the contract.

03

Human control with context

Escalation must include evidence, state, priority, and an owner who can act.

04

Outcomes over activity

Measure the completed operation, including rework and failure, not just agent throughput.

Start with one expensive workflow.

The best opening conversation is concrete. Bring a repeated process, a representative example, the systems it crosses, the people who own it, and the part that keeps failing or consuming attention.

We will help determine whether the right next move is consulting, a technical spike, a custom build, a standard product, or no agent at all.

Bring us the process that keeps breaking.

We will map the work, identify the right automation boundary, and tell you plainly whether an agent belongs there.
